We are delighted to announce that LimeCulture will be hosting the 4th  ‘Knowledge and Network Event’, the National Conference for Independent Sexual Violence Advisers (ISVAs). This major event will take place in Birmingham on Wednesday 17th of October 2018.

The cost of this event is £140 per person (inclusive of VAT).  If your service would like to book more than one place, our booking system will allow you to submit a single booking form with details of multiple attendees included. Confirmation of your place and more details about the event will be sent to you following receipt of your booking form.

With the reputation and popularity of the event growing year on year, and listening to feedback from previous events this year we have this year selected a venue in Birmingham . This we hope will be more accessible to those located in the South & East , therefore we would still recommend an early booking to avoid disappointment.

Last year’s Knowledge and Network Event was chaired by Dame Vera Baird QC, with a fantastic range of speakers including from the Home Office,  Ministry of Justice, CPS as well as specialist interest around services for male victims/survivors, trans and non-binary clients, military and university liaison roles.  This year we will welcome back our Chair from 2016, Sir Keir Starmer QC who has this year taken on a role as Chair of the LimeCulture Independent Advisory Board.

The programme for the Knowledge and Network Event is now available  For those who have attended in previous years, you will know that the Knowledge and Network Event is designed to support the continued professional development of those who attend as well as provide an opportunity to network with peers, share learning and discuss ideas and suggestions. All the key speakers will bring with them knowledge and experience in interesting topics that are relevant to the continued development of the ISVA workforce.

LimeCulture are pleased to confirm the return of the ‘Limelight Awards’, which were introduced in 2016 to recognise the wonderful work ISVAs are doing in the field.

The award ceremony will take place at the Knowledge and Network Event on Wednesday 17th of October 2018.
