LimeCulture believes ISVAs do an incredible job and deserve to be properly and formally recognised for the important and challenging work they do.
This is why we introduced the LimeLight Awards in 2016, to celebrate the dedication, excellence and professionalism through which ISVAs support victims and survivors of sexual violence, and acknowledge the outstanding contributions and achievements of individual ISVAs, ISVA Managers and ISVA services.
There are four categories:
- Award for Outstanding Achievement by an ISVA Supporting Adults
- The Vicky Bardsley Prize – Award for Outstanding Achievement by an ISVA Supporting Children and Young People
- Limelight ISVA Service Innovation Award
- Award for Inspirational ISVA Manager

This year’s Awards will be presented at the ‘Knowledge & Network’ National Conference for Independent Sexual Violence Advisers (ISVAs) on 8 May 2025 in Royal Leamington Spa.
Shortlisted nominees will be offered one free place at the event.
