Consultant Trainers – Universities Directorate x 2 Posts

We have an exciting opportunity to recruit two Consultant Trainers to support the delivery of our training within Universities and Higher Education Institutions (HEIs).

In the last two years we have expanded our training and support portfolio in Universities to include training to support Sexual Violence Liaison Officer (SVLOs), Discipline Panels, First Responders and Strategic development. We are looking to recruit trainers to support the delivery of these programmes.

As a consultant trainer you will deliver training to Universities across the UK. Our training programmes are between one and three days in length, therefore, travel to various locations across the UK with some overnight stays is to be expected.

The successful candidates will possess extensive knowledge of Universities and HEI’s including disciplinary processes and a wide understanding of the University and HEI’s response to sexual violence. You will have sound experience of developing and delivering training to a wide range of audiences.

Through our breadth of professional knowledge and experience of working across the sexual violence sector, we are able to support our customers to deliver excellent services to victims of rape and sexual assault.

Due to the success of this work, LimeCulture expanded to help support the University and Sport sector to respond appropriately to safeguarding and sexual violence and now dedicates full time resource to these sectors to ensure a coordinated and appropriate response, which places the needs of children, adults and victims first.
