We’re delighted to share some exciting news: LimeCulture has been named a finalist for Centre of the Year at the NCFE Aspiration Awards 2026!
This recognition means a great deal to us. The Centre of the Year category celebrates organisations that are shaping smarter learning, that are going above and beyond to deliver transformational experiences and champion innovative approaches to education and training. To be shortlisted alongside other inspiring providers from across the UK is something we’re incredibly proud of.
About the awards
NCFE is a national awarding organisation with a long and respected history in education and skills. The Aspiration Awards were created to recognise that success takes many forms. As NCFE puts it: “Behind every success, there is aspiration.”
These awards shine a light on those who go above and beyond, whether that’s by exceeding expectations, overcoming barriers, or finding innovative ways to help others succeed. The winners will be announced in June.
Recognising innovation and impact
This nomination reflects the work we do every day to deliver specialist training that supports professionals working in some of the most challenging and sensitive areas. At LimeCulture, we focus on more than compliance. Our approach is practical, evidence-informed, and designed to build confidence and make a genuine difference in real-world settings.
Over the past year, over 1500 professionals across sectors including education, health, policing, and specialist services have completed our programmes. In higher education alone, over quarter of a million students now have access to support from LimeCulture-trained Sexual Violence Liaison Officers (SVLOs) – a scale of impact we’re incredibly proud of.
Since 2011, the ISVAs we’ve trained collectively support over 100,000 survivors every year. Everything we deliver is shaped by research, survivor insight, and sector expertise, helping ensure our training stays relevant, responsive, and grounded in real need.
We’re thrilled that 96% of delegates rate our training as “very good” or “excellent”, with many telling us they leave feeling more confident, clearer in their role, and better equipped to respond to disclosures.
Alongside flexible delivery and tailored programmes, we work with organisations to create lasting change. This nomination is a celebration of that impact, and of the brilliant team behind it.
A huge thank you to our team
This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the people who make LimeCulture what it is. From our trainers and consultants, to our operations and support teams, and our board of directors, every member plays a vital role in shaping the work we do.
Their commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and creating safer cultures is what has brought us here today.
