Introducing our new FREE Safer Cultures Workplace Assessment
We’re excited to announce the launch of our new Safer Cultures Workplace Assessment – a FREE, practical tool designed to help organisations understand where they are on their journey towards creating a safer workplace culture.
Creating a safer workplace takes more than good intentions. It starts with understanding what’s working well, where there may be gaps, and what could be done differently.
That’s why we’ve created the Safer Cultures Workplace Assessment.
It takes less than 10 minutes to complete and provides a tailored report to help you understand your organisation’s current position.
What is your workplace culture really telling you?
Having the right policies and procedures in place is important, but they are only part of the picture.
A safer culture is shaped by the everyday experiences of employees, the behaviours modelled by leaders, and how confident people feel about speaking up when something doesn’t feel right.
Our assessment looks at eight Safer Culture Pillars, covering areas including leadership, policies and reporting, training, support, investigations, risk management, learning and continuous improvement.
It encourages organisations to consider questions such as:
- Do leaders actively champion respectful behaviour?
- Do people know how and where to raise concerns?
- Do staff have the knowledge and confidence to respond appropriately?
- Do people affected by incidents receive the right support?
- Are you using feedback and learning to strengthen your approach?
A starting point, not a pass or fail
The assessment isn’t designed to tell you whether you’re a “good” or “bad” organisation. There is no perfect workplace, and creating a safer culture is an ongoing process.
Instead, your results provide a snapshot of where you are now, highlighting areas of strength, potential blind spots and opportunities for improvement.
This can provide a useful starting point for conversations with leaders and teams, inform organisational priorities, or support wider culture change activity.
Why now?
The launch comes at an important time for employers.
The Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023 introduced a duty on employers to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment. From October 2026, the Employment Rights Act 2025 is due to strengthen this duty, requiring employers to take all reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment.
But creating a safer culture is about more than compliance. It’s about creating workplaces where people feel respected, supported and confident that concerns will be taken seriously.
So, what is your workplace culture telling you?
We’re delighted to be launching the free Safer Cultures Workplace Assessment to help organisations take that first step.
It’s takes less than 10 minutes, and gives you a tailored report to help identify where you are now and where you might want to focus next.
Once you receive your results, you can also book an informal conversation with the LimeCulture team to discuss what they mean and explore your next steps.
Alternatively, email info@limeculture.co.uk or call 0203 633 0018.
Start the conversation. Understand where you are. Take the next step towards a safer workplace culture.
