Evaluation of Talking Therapy Services in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire SARCs – NHS England and Improvement (December 2019)

NHS England commissioned LimeCulture to carry out the evaluation in order to understand the effectiveness of a two-year pilot of two talking therapy services they had commissioned to support people using Sexual Assault Referral Centres (SARC) in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. The purpose of the evaluation was to improve commissioners’ understanding of which services needed further development and to inform future commissioning decisions. The evaluation of the talking therapy services involved documentary reviews, data analysis, engagement with a wide range of stakeholders, including with victims/survivors of sexual violence.
