Training date re-schedule request

Complete the form to change your enrolled course date to another course date. Once payment is received, our team will administrate the change for you and confirm your new course enrollment date.

If you have requested an invoice this will be issued by LimeCulture. It is important you pay the re-schedule fee at the earliest convenience in order to ensure your place on the deferred date.
