Ministry of Justice-funded ISVA Resources
LimeCulture is pleased to launch two new Ministry of Justice-funded resources to support the continued development, consistency and sustainability of Independent Sexual Violence Adviser (ISVA) services across England and Wales.
These resources are designed to support both frontline ISVA practice and wider service delivery, helping services, commissioners and partners to strengthen assessment, support planning, service design and sustainability.
Safety and Support Framework: A resource guide for ISVA services
The revised Safety and Support Framework provides an updated practice framework to support ISVAs to identify, assess and respond to risk, unmet need and protective factors throughout the ISVA support journey.
The revised framework includes the newly developed Safety and Support Framework for Children and Young People, providing a dedicated resource to support child-centred and developmentally informed ISVA practice.

Understanding ISVA Service Delivery, Capacity and Resilience
This national study explores how ISVA services operate in practice and the factors that affect service delivery, workforce resilience and sustainability.
The report examines the wider systems that support effective ISVA provision, including referral, triage, allocation, active support, closure, demand management, service coordination, oversight and workforce resilience.

Register your interest in SaS e-learning
To support the implementation of the revised Safety and Support Framework, LimeCulture is developing online learning resources for ISVA services. The e-learning will support ISVAs, managers and services to understand and apply the revised SaS Framework in practice, including the adult framework and the new Children and Young People framework.
