Trauma Informed Training for Investigators Handling Sexual Harassment Cases (2612)

Those tasked with undertaking an internal investigation play an important part in delivering an effective organisational response to sexual harassment, and it is essential that they are properly equipped and supported to undertake this sensitive role.

LimeCulture’s one day training course is designed to ensure that all individuals undertaking an investigation are equipped with the knowledge and skills to handle sexual harassment cases appropriately, and to adopt a trauma informed approach.

This course focuses on providing delegates with a better understanding of trauma and the key elements of a trauma-informed approach in the context of an internal investigation. Therefore, all delegates will require existing knowledge and experience of internal investigation processes.

Once this training is full you can be added to an Expressions of Interest list to be offered a space on the next available course. In the event of a cancellation, a place will be offered to the next person on the list.
