Abby Foord, Consultancy Manager

Abby joined LimeCulture in 2024 as an Accreditation Manager and is now part of the Consultancy Team. She brings a wealth of experience from a diverse career spanning education, health and the charity sector. Before joining LimeCulture, Abby worked in coaching within education, supported mental health as a Social Prescribing Link Worker, and qualified as a counsellor specialising in sexual violence.

Alongside her role as Consultancy Manager at LimeCulture, she also runs a private counselling practice, where she continues to support survivors. Abby’s combined expertise enables her to bring both professional insight and compassionate understanding to her work, ensuring the organisations she supports are equipped to provide safe, effective and survivor-focused responses.
