Amy Hardy, Training Manager
Amy joined LimeCulture in July 2025 as a Training Manager. She brings extensive experience in safeguarding and advocacy, with a strong focus on supporting children and young people.
From 2021, Amy served as a CHISVA Team Manager and Safeguarding Lead, following seven years as an ISVA and CHISVA. During this time, she championed the creation of a dedicated specialist CHISVA service, advocating for the unique needs of children and young people and ensuring services are safe, supportive, and child-centred.
Alongside her specialist roles, Amy also worked in education in pastoral and safeguarding capacities, further strengthening her expertise in supporting young people. She has experience working with those affected by hate crimes and in developing services for people with disabilities, serving as a Trustee for a local disability charity from 2015 to 2022.
