Kerrie Best, Director of Consultancy and Training

                Kerrie joined LimeCulture in March 2025 as the Director of Sexual Violence Services, responsible for leading, overseeing and managing LimeCulture’s Sexual Violence Services division and providing a full range of consultancy and bespoke training initiatives focused on the prevention of and response to sexual violence.
Kerrie has worked with the sexual violence sector for 17 years, most recently as Head of Service Delivery at West Mercia Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centre where she was responsible for services delivered by a multidisciplinary team of Therapists, Educators, Independent Sexual Violence Advocates, and Social Workers.
A qualified counsellor and trainer, Kerrie has worked in a range of leadership, consultancy and learning and development roles within corporate, regulatory, academic and third sector organisations.
She has developed a range of accredited qualifications and bespoke development programmes including Sexual Violence Practitioner qualifications, a Leadership Development Programme for ISVA Managers and a range of undergraduate and postgraduate modules in Domestic Abuse, Human Rights and Sexual Violence at University of Worcester.
She has a postgraduate certificate in Adult Learning, a Masters in Education and is a Fellow of The Higher Education Academy.
