Becky York, Head of Consultancy

Becky joined LimeCulture in August 2016 and has since held a number of roles within the organisation, gaining extensive experience across project management, programme delivery, and sector consultancy.

Today, she leads LimeCulture’s consultancy work, overseeing the design, development, and delivery of a wide range of projects that support organisations in improving services for victims and survivors of sexual violence. This includes providing expert advice, conducting needs assessments, developing policies and procedures, delivering training and guidance, and supporting organisations to embed best practice and ensure compliance with legal and sector standards.

With over 15 years’ experience working across local, regional, and national health and social care improvement programmes, Becky brings a wealth of knowledge in service development, evaluation, and quality improvement. She has a particular passion for quantitative analysis and, since joining LimeCulture, has developed a special interest in victim and survivor engagement, ensuring that the voices of those affected are central to the design and delivery of services.
