Charlotte Bond, Head of Operations
Charlotte joined LimeCulture in January 2019 as an Accreditation Manager. In October 2021, she moved into the Sports Team as Safeguarding in Sport Manager and became Programme Manager for the Sport England-funded Safeguarding Case Management Programme, a partnership between Sport England, Sport Resolutions, and LimeCulture. In this role, she provided sporting National Governing Bodies with expert support to manage safeguarding cases effectively, ensuring best practice and survivor-focused responses across the sector.
Since taking on the role of Head of Operations, Charlotte has expanded her leadership responsibilities to oversee the organisation’s operational functions, including the management of programmes, staff, and systems across all sectors. She plays a key role in developing and implementing operational strategies, improving organisational processes, and ensuring that LimeCulture delivers high-quality services efficiently and consistently. Charlotte also supports the wider leadership team in planning, decision-making, and embedding best practice across the organisation.
Charlotte holds a degree in Midwifery and brings extensive frontline experience, having worked for three years as an NHS midwife in Norfolk and nine years as an Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA). Her combined expertise in healthcare, safeguarding, and operational leadership enables her to guide LimeCulture’s work with professionalism, compassion, and a strong focus on quality and impact.
