Emma joined LimeCulture in January 2017, bringing with her extensive experience from the legal and financial sectors. Having worked in a variety of financial roles and as a Paralegal Secretary, she has developed comprehensive expertise in finance, back-office operations, and administration, making her a highly skilled and versatile member of the team.
As Business Manager, Emma is responsible for the day-to-day management of LimeCulture’s financial and HR functions, ensuring compliance with organisational policies, procedures, and statutory requirements. Working closely with the Director of Operations, she plays a crucial role in enabling the organisation to operate efficiently, managing financial resources, accounts, and systems with precision.
Emma provides accurate, high-quality, and timely financial and HR information to the Board, Senior Management Team, and other managers as needed, supporting strategic planning, operational decision-making, and the overall sustainability of the organisation. Her meticulous approach, extensive knowledge, and commitment to excellence ensure that LimeCulture’s finance and HR operations run smoothly, allowing the wider team to focus on delivering high-quality services and programmes.
