Kate Rosser, Non-Executive Director/Board

Kate is a versatile senior leader and business coach with 17 years’ experience in driving strategic initiatives, developing commercial partnerships, and managing complex programs.

Her career spans roles at companies such as the BBC, Grosvenor Food & AgTech (VC Investor), and Sky UK, where she has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, commercial negotiation, and stakeholder management.

Kate is also an Executive Coach. She is currently working towards her ICF Level 1 accreditation, and has experience facilitating Exec team strategy days. She holds a BA (Hons) in Geography from Oxford University.
