Holli Waterson, Consultancy Manager

Holli joined LimeCulture in April 2021 as the National ISVA Co-ordinator and has led on Operation Hydrant; a nationally funded project designed to engage and support sexual violence survivors from hard-to-reach groups. In this role, she has worked to strengthen services, build collaborative partnerships, and ensure that the voices of underrepresented survivors are heard and acted upon.

Before joining LimeCulture, Holli managed a large team of ISVAs across Cheshire and Merseyside for six years, drawing on more than 12 years’ experience championing victims’ rights within the criminal justice system at both local and national levels. Her extensive background has given her a deep understanding of the challenges faced by survivors navigating support and justice processes, and she has consistently used her expertise to drive improvements in service delivery.

Holli is passionate about raising standards, influencing policy, and embedding best practice to ensure that all survivors of sexual violence receive the safe, effective and compassionate support they deserve.
