Kim Doyle, Chair

Kim is the Chair and co-founder of LimeCulture. She qualified as a barrister and joined the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) in the UK in April 1986. Throughout her 24-year career in the CPS she worked tirelessly to improve the standard of rape and child abuse investigations and prosecutions. Kim was responsible for the creation of specialist Rape Prosecution teams in CPS (RASSOs), was one of the authors of ‘Without Consent’; a thematic review of the investigation and prosecution of rape published in 2007 and was instrumental in the development of a specialist children service at St Mary’s SARC.

Kim has also specialised in safeguarding particularly in sport. She has worked in multi‐agency settings both nationally and internationally facilitating the development of joint working protocols and arrangements in child protection, with a specific focus on child sexual harm. In sport, Kim has been at the forefront of driving forward change across Governing Bodies responding to safeguarding concerns and has been the catalyst for developing the ambitious Lead Safeguarding Officer Development Programme for sports professionals. She has conducted many reviews into the conduct of safeguarding in sport both for individual NGBs and for Sports England.
