Laurence Webb, Training Manager

Laurence joined LimeCulture in 2024 as a Training Manager. Laurence is an experienced facilitator whose work has supported a range of public and private sector organisations to develop their practice and culture around inclusion, equality and leadership.

Prior to joining LimeCulture, Laurence spent several years working in senior management roles in the LGBTQ+ sector, designing and managing support services for LGBTQ+ communities. Laurence has also worked with disabled people’s organisations and has experience working with autistic and neurodivergent communities on community led projects. Laurence is passionate about coproduction and making sure that everyone’s voice is heard.
