Lucy Bretherton, Business Support (Finance and HR)

Lucy joined LimeCulture in November 2023 as part of the Operations Team. In her current role, she works closely with the Business Manager to support the organisation’s financial and HR functions, while also assisting with a wide range of operational and business needs that keep LimeCulture running smoothly.

Lucy brings extensive administrative experience across a variety of sectors, including the NHS, recruitment, finance, and non-profit organisations. This diverse background has equipped Lucy with strong organisational skills, adaptability, and a deep understanding of the operational demands faced by both public and private sector services.
