Peach Smith, Training Manager

Peach joined LimeCulture in 2023 as a Training Manager within our Sexual Violence Service and is responsible for delivering and developing core, professional development and bespoke courses, both in person and online, across the UK. More recently, she works across all sectors with a wide range of clients, bringing valuable breadth and insight to her practice.

When training, Peach combines a deep understanding of the subject matter with a caring, empathetic approach to teaching. Peach’s most common feedback from delegates is that she is engaging, creates a safe space for learning and is passionate about the survivor’s voice.

Peach has worked in the sexual violence and trauma sector for the past 11 years and is a qualified ISVA, SVLO and teacher. It is her passion to combine these three skills to empower and equip professionals and front-line staff to respond to sexual violence and help to create safer cultures.
