Zoe Kukan, Accreditation Manager

Zoe joined LimeCulture in January 2022 as an Accreditation Manager and is responsible for supporting services through LimeCulture’s Independent Accreditation Programme, helping organisations meet high standards of practice and ensuring that services are safe, effective, and survivor-focused. In this role, she works closely with organisations to provide guidance, support, and quality assurance throughout the accreditation process.

Zoe brings a diverse background in frontline and specialist roles. She has previously worked as a Trainee Forensic Psychologist, providing insight into complex cases, and as a frontline worker for a homeless charity, developing her understanding of vulnerable populations.

Prior to joining LimeCulture, Zoe spent four years as a Children and Young People’s ISVA, supporting young survivors of sexual violence and gaining extensive experience in advocacy, safeguarding, and survivor-centred practice. Her combined experience equips her with a strong understanding of both service delivery and the standards needed to ensure high-quality, accountable practice across the sector.
