Turning Words into Action: Embedding Safer Cultures in Policing

This free, online webinar will explore how policing can move towards achieving genuine, embedded cultural change in its response to those who experience sexual misconduct, drawing directly from the findings and recommendations from the Angiolini Inquiry and Operation Soteria.

The session’s objectives are to:

• Highlight why cultural change in policing remains urgent and essential to address the harm caused by internal misogyny, poor vetting, and lack of survivor support.

• Demonstrate how the LimeCulture model of internal support and trauma -informed training has been designed, tested, and embedded within policing contexts.

• Showcase the impact of these approaches at both individual and organisational levels, showing measurable improvements in wellbeing, trust, and accountability.

• Inspire and equip participants to take practical steps within their own forces, embedding internal support and trauma -informed practice to meet the cultural and operational reforms set out by Angiolini and Soteria.
