Sexual Harassment Responder: Handling Disclosures (2611)

Sexual harassment can take place at any time and any place, and the workplace or workplace events is no exception.  Handling the first disclosure of sexual harassment from a staff member is critical for minimising organisational liability, maintaining psychological safety, and fulfilling statutory requirements.

At LimeCulture we believe the first response to a disclosure of sexual harassment is crucial. It directly impacts the confidence, wellbeing, and safety of the individual disclosing and influences any future disciplinary or legal proceedings.

Once this training is full you can be added to an Expressions of Interest list to be offered a space on the next available course. In the event of a cancellation, a place will be offered to the next person on the list.
