Summary
As part of the Safer Streets funding that has been secured from the Home Office, LimeCulture has been commissioned to develop and deliver a training programme for teachers that will support them to deliver Preventing Sexual Misconduct Education (PSME) including consent, to young people in Key Stages, 3, 4 and 5.
Our Train the Teacher course is available to a cadre of 5 teachers (or those who deliver the RSE curriculum) per school or colleges in Cheshire East and Cheshire West. This is a 2-day online training programme and on completion LimeCulture will issue a certificate of attendance which allows those who have completed the training to use the PSME programmes and associated resources.
It is important that staff attending training, attend for the full two days and pre read the PSME programmes and familiarise themselves with them to aid discussion on day 2 of the Train the Teacher events. Resources will be sent the week before delivery.
Please note this training has been rescheduled due to planned strike action to the 2nd and 3rd of March please click here to book . Those who have already booked will be contacted about re-booking.
