This one-day training ensures ISVAs understand the implications of supporting clients through the newly implemented “Section 28 – Pre-Recorded Cross Examination” special measure, enabling them to effectively support clients through the criminal justice system and maintain the boundaries of the ISVA role. This course is supported by legal experts.
