We are proud to share that LimeCulture has been working in partnership with the University of Westminster to implement our specialist eLearning packages for staff and students – developed specifically to help universities and higher education institutions meet the new Office for Students (OfS) E6 condition.
As of 1 August 2025, the OfS E6 Condition is no longer just guidance or best practice, it is enforceable. For the first time, universities across England are legally required to demonstrate how they are addressing harassment and sexual misconduct on campus. This marks an important and overdue shift in accountability. Institutions must now go beyond good intentions and demonstrate real, measurable action to create safe, respectful, and inclusive environments for all students and staff.
